Terms of Use
Simal Technologies Middle East LLC — Partner Onboarding & KYC Portal · Version 1.0 · September 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Simal partner onboarding portal and the submission of company, tax, banking and personal information through it. By continuing with a submission you accept these terms. This document is maintained by Simal Technologies; direct questions to accounts@simalme.com.
2. Purpose of data collection
We collect the information in this portal solely to:
- Verify your legal entity, tax registration and banking details before trading;
- Meet our KYC / AML and beneficial-ownership obligations under UAE law (Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018; Cabinet Decision No. 58 of 2020);
- Maintain accurate counterparty master data for UAE e-invoicing (Peppol / PINT AE) under Cabinet Decision No. 106 of 2025.
3. Your undertakings
You confirm that the information and documents you provide are true, complete and accurate, that you are authorised to submit them on behalf of the company, and that you will notify us of any changes (licence, TRN, banking, ownership) within 10 business days.
4. Review decisions
Submission of an onboarding request does not create a business relationship. Simal may approve, reject, or raise queries at its sole discretion, and may request additional documentation at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not submit false or misleading information, upload malicious files, attempt to access other companies' submissions, or disrupt the portal's operation.
6. Liability
The portal is provided on an "as is" basis for onboarding purposes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
